Enrolments & Bookings

The Centre uses an online system for all enrolments, re-enrolments and bookings. The system is accessed through a button on our home page.

Parents are given a parent login/password for this purpose. Your password should be kept confidential and not provided to other parties (including those who may pick up your child from time to time).

Re-enrolment takes place in early Term 4 of each year, at which time existing families will be given priority (for a fixed time period), after which enrolment is open to new families (i.e. kindergarten families commencing at the School the following year). Parents will be notified of enrolment dates by email and through our newsletter.

Enrolments can only be confirmed, and your child can only attend the Centre, once all required documentation is completed/provided.   All enrolments are subject to availability of places.

If your child has special needs, please contact the Centre to discuss your child’s requirements, our ability to provide the required level of care, and the availability of places, before completing the enrolment process.

Please note that the Centre must be informed of any court orders relating to the custody of the child. The Centre Director must sight and keep a copy of any such order affecting custody of children in the Centre’s care.

Enrolment is a 2 part process. Part 1 differs depending on whether you are enrolling for the first time, or re-enrolling.

Your child’s immunisation schedule can be obtained online through Medicare, which maintains the Australian Childhood Immunisation Register.  If your child’s immunisation is not up to date, you will need to complete further documentation – in this instance you should speak to staff at the Centre.
  2. The $30 Membership Fee will be added to your account and Direct Debited.
  3. Ensure your current fees are paid up-to-date.
  4. Once all documentation is received and your online enrolment has been processed, the Centre Director will be able to approve your enrolment. You will receive an email confirmation once this has been done.

NB: Booking Confirmations are sent separately to the Enrolment Confirmation.  Having a confirmed enrolment DOES NOT mean you have secured permanent bookings.  Please keep an eye on your emails for your Booking Confirmation. We anticipate sending these Booking Confirmations towards the end of Term 4.
